Established in 2016, illuSalon is an illustration resource platform. At present the platform is home to hundreds of professional illustrators, and it operates a powerful International Standard Link Identifier (ISLI) system to facilitate the efficient circulation of illustrations, and the protection of copyright. illuSalon raises the allaround value of illustrators and their works using an international art-world operational model to concentrate and apply illustration industry resources. In response to an age of individualization, it scales and adds value in order to speed the adoption of illustrations within China.
At the same time, illuSalon is the operation organization of Global Illustration Award (GIA), a major international illustration award organized by Frankfurt Book Fair and International Information Content Industry Association.
With professional children illustrations, we publish children books and provides illustration solutions for 40+ Chinese publishing houses. Every year more than 100 titles of books with our illustrations created by international artists are published. Some won award once published, such as “Who is the Tallest”, “The Beast Island of Big Uncle”, “A Collection of 70 Classic Works of Children’s Literature for the 70th Anniversary of Founding of PRC”,etc
